The hotel was a mixed experience with small and exposed rooms but boasting spectacular views of the Dead Sea. Service was lacking overall but Zohar at the front desk stood out. The location was phenomenal with easy access to the Dead Sea, though some amenities were inconsistently offered. Dining offered great variety although limited in some aspects. Overall, a place with potential but needs improvement in various areas.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and nicely furnished with fresh towels provided daily. The panoramic view of the Dead Sea from the huge balcony was breathtaking, and the private jacuzzi was a real treat for relaxation. The only downside was the lack of some cleaning supplies in the room but nothing major.

The hotel surprised me with both positives and negatives. While the construction noise caught me off guard at 3:00 PM, the staff warmly served coffee in paper cups before the scheduled time. The location lacked entertainment but being on the coast of the Dead Sea had its perks, even if it didn't offer much outside the hotel.
