Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a mixed experience with small and exposed rooms but boasting spectacular views of the Dead Sea. Service was lacking overall but Zohar at the front desk stood out. The location was phenomenal with easy access to the Dead Sea, though some amenities were inconsistently offered. Dining offered great variety although limited in some aspects. Overall, a place with potential but needs improvement in various areas.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and nicely furnished with fresh towels provided daily. The panoramic view of the Dead Sea from the huge balcony was breathtaking, and the private jacuzzi was a real treat for relaxation. The only downside was the lack of some cleaning supplies in the room but nothing major.
The hotel surprised me with both positives and negatives. While the construction noise caught me off guard at 3:00 PM, the staff warmly served coffee in paper cups before the scheduled time. The location lacked entertainment but being on the coast of the Dead Sea had its perks, even if it didn't offer much outside the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were decent, but not quite up to a 5-star standard without an upgrade, although they were clean and offered a nice sea view. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being a bit aggressive during certain times but cordial overall. I found the location convenient for being near the Dead Sea, although it lacked entertainment options. The dining was good, especially the variety offered, and the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean with good facilities, but the limited evening opening hours were not convenient for me. The location by the Dead Sea was fantastic, but the absence of staff visibility was a downside.
The hotel is situated perfectly for enjoying the Dead Sea with access to the beach. The rooms are decent but could offer higher comfort levels expected at a 5-star hotel. The service was friendly and helpful, though the registration process was a bit slow. Dining options were good but not exceptional. The location is ideal for Dead Sea exploration.
